Wednesday September 14th

So this week started out as stressful and depressing.  I think that between the anniversary of my cousins suicide and 9/11 it felt like everyone including myself was in a funk.  9/11 is also my mothers birthday so we changed it to 9/12.  So basically I really think that this week can only get better.

Class tonight was interesting, I liked starting out with a recap of who is out there and what they have been up to.  It makes for personal connections and helps to create relationships and form groups that will work well and be dedicated to creating good and interesting projects.  I just keep playing that song, getting to know you in my head.  Anyway I always appreciate going over the syllabus no matter how many classes I am in I always feel better once I have heard things explained.  We as a group seem to have similar goals and objectives.  I am always excited to see what other people bring to the table, since new web 2.0 tools pop up all the time there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things from our classmates.
One tool that I really liked in one of my previous classes was befunky.  I used it to edit this picture of my son and his daddy picking out his first Christmas tree.
